In the field of petrochemical storage technology, in order to prevent the medium from escaping and causing environmental pollution and safety hazards, and to reduce volatilization losses, the country is currently using a large number of floating tubes as the buoyancy unit of the floating tubular inner floating top. It has the following features:

1. Fully liquid-connected stainless steel honeycomb inner floating roof is completely immersed in liquid, module fully immersed and sealed fully immersed, no oil and gas space, preventing oil and gas volatilization.

2. The buoyancy element adopts all-welded design, and the buoyancy of the fully liquid-connected stainless steel inner floating top is designed to be more than 2.5 times of the weight of the floating disk.

3. The whole liquid-connected stainless steel inner floating top adopts honeycomb core buoyancy unit module, with high overall structural strength, good stability and long service life.

4. Good sealing is required between the outer edge of the inner floating roof and the tank wall, and a new generation of high-efficiency elastic seal with large compensation can be adopted, which solves the problem of traditional sealing leakage failure.

5. Convenient and quick construction, easy to assemble. All parts are accessed through the manhole, no need to open the roof and fire work.

 

Technical description:

1. Solid structure, strength exceeds API650 (H4.2.1.4) requirements by more than 7 times.

2. The buoyancy is more than 2.5 times of its own gravity and is relatively independent, which makes the buoyancy unit of the whole floating roof evenly divided into millions of parts and completely avoids the chuck accident caused by the loss of buoyancy.

3. The honeycomb float box is the buoyant element of the fully connected liquid floating plate. The overall technology draws on the application of honeycomb panels in aerospace, trains, and ships, i.e., the honeycomb panels are characterized by high structural strength, light weight, and high flatness under the same volume, which meets the requirements of the buoyant element.
